At the Maximilians the savouring starts early. Our top priority is freshness and quality. Premium coffee beans, roasted locally to perfection and freshly ground on our premises – enough to turn the busiest business guest into a gourmet after a single sip. For those who’d rather ease into their day slowly, an extensive buffet awaits, so plan in plenty of time for different breads and rolls, meat specialities, spreads of all sorts, delicious cereals, teas and juices – the list goes on. A glass of wine served with dry-cured ham and a fine selection of cheeses. Or perhaps a hearty tarte flambée? Our Max28 wine bar is an evening hot spot for business guests and tourists alike – ideal for pleasure and relaxation, for anyone interested in going on a culinary journey with our regional Pfalz wines, or for simply enjoying a light meal in a wonderful atmosphere. The place for pleasure! And for convivial conversation, if that’s what you’d like.

Our boutique hotel lies in Germany’s largest wine region. But you’ll find more than just wine here. In fact, you’ll find (almost) anything the heart desires. The bread we serve each morning is freshly baked just round the corner, the meats and sausage are local and we buy our fruit and vegetables at the weekly market in Landau. Our regional roots are important to us. For the benefit of our guests and out of a sense of obligation to our region.
